SCM (Service Call Manager) a solution developed internally by CAC-CE to track the progress of a service request. This tool provides automated updates to our clients on service status, condition found, and repair solutions.
On-Line Request: This solution can be integrated into our clients intranet or can function as a stand alone fulfillment tool. When a request is placed it is automatically intergrated into our SCM and the Fulfillment process begins.
Service Alerts: A simple yet powerful tool that advises our clients of non-emergency needs.
